How to request data from us?

You can submit to us using formal letter or filling out our Data Application Form (can be downloaded from here) or you can send an email to our Director with a copy to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of UMS.

Who is eligible to request data?

Federal Ministry or Federal Agency, State Government and Statutory Bodies. However Non-Governmental Organizations / Companies / Individuals may still apply for data and subject to Data and Information Committee terms and regulations.

How long does PPDM take time to process complicated data?

About 3 to 5 working days.

How long does PPDM take time to process data for existing information?

1 hour during working hours

30 minutes during working hours.
