The objective of the harmony discourse was to discuss the future direction of PPDM for year 2020 oriented with innovation, saving and generation. The outcomes of the implemented activities which were planed for year 2019 were then presented together with the issues and solutions to mitigate and overcome the issues and challenges faced throughout the implementation of the activities.

On November 4, 2019, Smart-Hadir has won the Sabah Public Sector Innovation Award (ISAS) 2019 in the ICT Innovation and Cultural Innovation Award.
ISAS is an initiative taken by Public Sector agency to revive the innovative culture in the Public Sector, while providing a platform for the Public Sector agency to commercialize the created innovative products.
